One of the best things that happened to me was that I wasn’t trapped by early success. I never got high grades. I was never great at any specific thing. I never got the fancy degree.
There’s a powerful quote that says. “If I wanted to punish someone, I would grant them success on their first attempt”.
I was given just enough to keep going but not enough to stop searching.
On that search, I discovered who I’m not. Who I want to be. I learned what I was interested in. What I actually value. I learned to be okay with being misunderstood…
I learnt to come to my own conclusions instead of listening to what we are told. I learned that humility is one of the best raw materials. As well as love and innovation.
I learned that the difference between you and someone who impacted the world in their own positive way is nothing. Apart from the fact that they were curious and everything else I just said I learnt.
If you are someone still searching. Good. Keep searching, trust me. You will be amazed by what’s on the other side.
